Thoughtful Thursday & Trust What You Know

ON THE BLOG

TRUST WHAT YOU KNOW

Navigating certain relationships can be challenging, especially when we find ourselves stuck in a pattern of believing that we don't know how to improve them.

The truth is, this limiting belief can hinder our ability to tap into our inner wisdom and creativity, preventing us from finding solutions.

Instead of focusing on what we don't know, imagine the possibilities that open up when we shift our perspective to what we do know.

By spending time asking ourselves what we do know, we can uncover new insights and approaches to strengthen our relationships.

Start small.

What is one thing you know?

What is another thing you know?

Pretty soon, you have a list of things you do know.

By taking the time to reflect on your values, intentions, and past successes, you can gain clarity on how to navigate challenging situations with grace and authenticity.

Rather than being limited by self-imposed beliefs of uncertainty, you can tap into your inner wisdom to nourish meaningful connections and foster growth in your relationships.

So, the next time you feel stuck in a relationship dynamic, remember that you hold the power to transform it.

By shifting your focus from what you don't know to what you do know, you can uncover creativity and insight that will guide you towards building stronger, more fulfilling connections.

Trust what you do know.

This week on the podcast, my guest, Heidi Allsop, and I have a conversation about this very topic.

She also shares 5 tips to help you create connections with your adult children.
