The Lens The invisible filter you bring to every situation — your nervous system, your history, your beliefs, your experiences. This is the stop that changes everything.
The Story The meaning you make. The narrative your brain builds fast and automatically. It feels true. But it is an interpretation, not a fact.
The Signal The emotion and the physical sensation that comes with the Story. Your body is always telling you something. This is how you learn to listen.
The Movement What you do, or don't do, because of the Signal. The behavior that makes perfect sense once you understand what's driving it.
The Experience The overall life experience you are creating through all five elements above. You have far more influence over it than you think.
